You see a crowd of girls screaming at the top of their lungs and you think, what the heck is going on in their little heads?! Is there really a need for all the screaming?

Actually, there is. Just think, what makes you so excited you want to scream? Maybe it’s your excitement at the announcement of Rachek Ray coming out with a new cookbook or the release of a new xbox game. Whatever it is I’m sure there is something in your life that makes you want to scream and shout and let it all out.

Well, this is their exciting moment that just makes them want to SCREAM! It’s the moment they are in the same breathing space of their favorite boy band or favorite celebrity. This action would be entitled “Fangirling”.

According to the Urban Dictionary a Fangirl is “A fan of something (female) who is obsessed with the said subject to a certain degree (normally unhealthy).” Being obsessed is the perfect word for a fangirl loving on a certain someone or thing.

They don’t only scream in the moment of being in the same breathing space as their obsession, but also at any moment the name of their obsession comes up in a sentence or just really anything realting to them.

When people obsess over celebrities, they spend hours on end researching them and watching all of their YouTube videos. Life is hard as a fangirl. There is one thing in life that they ALL want, but almost all of them will never get… and that is to even be in the same breathing space as their love.

Obsessions can be good for the soul. Keeps ’em going in life!
